Housing

Every players has the ability to own their own home. Weather its rented or purchased.
Only 1 house is allowed per account.

The following factors must be present when attempting to place a home:

Outside of town regions
Off roads and existing structures
May not be placed over magnolia trees, water or mountain-side
There must be one tile of space between the house on both sides, no objects in the way of walking around the house
6 – Empty spaces in front of the plot
5 – Empty spaces behind the plot
1 – Empty space on both sides of the plot
All trees except magnolia can be chopped down in order to allow house placement
Flowers and other vegetation may also be cleared for house placement
