While the launcher is still very new there have been reports of a couple issues.

Issue: When I click play it says "Razor could not be started! etc"
Fix: This usually happens only if you have just recently installed razor and have yet to run it.
If this is the case, run razor without the launcher once then close and retry the launcher.

Issue: Unable to download/apply patch
Fix: This will ONLY happen if the launcher cannot query the server to check for updates. If
this happens check the EnigmaUO home page for information on any possible outtages or
downtime.
