Any chance of you making it so that items do not decay inside un-rented homes?

I see no reason why me, or even the original owner should not be able to walk in their house if they had failed to pay the rent, and scavenge through the remains.

Sort of like an idoc.

Heck, even just setting it to a several hours before stuff decays in there would be better then the current time limit.(what's it like 30 minutes?, I think even saw my boards decay in less then 3 minutes when I was moving into a new home once.)
