Im tring to find this quest person named Paul that the npcs say is in the theater, however, when I go to the theater, there is no Paul, but 2 npcs that are exactly the same named Townes Bauderlaire. Perhaps this is wrong? Also, I cant figure out how to do the Order of the Serpent quest either... any hints? Thanks!

Disregard this post. I killed the 2 townes and Paul spawned back!

However, still need help on the Serpent quest.

The Serpent Order Quest is started by saying "Randulf" to Randulf Cohen, in East Britain, due north of Sweet Dreams Inn. All the other NPCs on that quest chain can be activated using their first names.
